My journey started with a bold leap from the Middle East to Canada, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Systems Design from the University of Saskatchewan, graduating with distinction. The program blended computer science, psychology, and art, and it sparked my passion for building tech that puts users first.
During my time at USask, I served as External Relations Director for the Google Developer Student Clubs, where I helped connect students with developers at Google to explore cloud technologies. I also co-founded UX Collective, a 250-member community that brought UX and product design to the center of campus life.
Professionally, I worked as a Product Designer at Access, where I built tools to help startups access non-dilutive funding. That experience reinforced my belief that good design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about solving real problems and making technology more intuitive.
To level up my technical skills, I completed a Software Engineering diploma at BrainStation, where I focused on full-stack development, agile workflows, and modern programming practices. Now, I bring a hybrid of design thinking and engineering to the table, building digital solutions that are both functional and human-centered.
